three-r terms and conditions

  • For postal orders, payments must be received with orders. Orders cannot be processed without payment.

  • For collection and delivery orders, payment is required upon delivery. The discs will be retained until payment is received. Any disputes arising from Three-r service will be concluded and finalised by the Three-r management.

  • Payments can be made by cheque or postal order made payable to Three-r .

  • If your cheque fails to clear, you will be liable for any charges our bank may impose; we will keep your discs for a maximum of 21 days after we have notified you to resolve the problem. After this time the discs will be retained indefinitely until cleared funds are received.

  • Three-r will endeavour to repair and return discs within 7 working days, but at certain times this period may be extended at our discretion.

  • Any discounts maybe removed without notice. "Recommend a friend" discounts can be used AFTER the "friend" has carried out a successful order with Three-r. Only 1 "Recommend a friend" discount can be used per order. Three-r reserve the right to refuse a "recommend a friend" discount at any time without a given reason.

  • Only 1 "first order discount" is available per address. If applicable

  • Although Three-r can repair 99% of disc's we are unable to guarantee that all repairs will be successful.

  • Three-r are unable to repair any cracked, warped, perforated discs and any disc that contains scratches or marks on the top, printed side (data side).

  • Three-r cannot recover any lost data on customer's discs including any manufacturing defects or software errors.

  • Three-r cannot be held responsible or liable for any consequential damage or loss due to repairs being carried out or attempted to be carried out.

  • If a disc is deemed to be beyond repair and payment has been received for the disc, Three-r will credit the customer with a disc repair voucher which can be used for future repairs.

  • Our FREE return delivery is through the normal Royal mail stamp delivery service and is not insured or recorded. Three-r will not responsible for any loss or damages however caused using this service. For Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Royal Mail Special delivery please state this with your order. Additional costs are payable. Standard Royal mail first class, Royal mail recorded delivery or Three-r transport are not guaranteed or insured deliveries and Three-r can not be held liable for any loss or damage using these services. Free delivery is not available for orders above 99 discs.

  • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Three-r reserve the right to alter or vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
